Can I return a product purchased on the partyfeveronline.com website?

  1. Returns After 7 Days: We accept returns within seven days of the original purchase date. After this time, returns will be issued as store credit.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  3. Return Authorization Number (RMA): Before returning any item(s), customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by reaching out to our customer service team at support@partyfeveronline.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  4. Packaging and Shipping: Once you receive your RMA, please securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. The return shipping address will be provided to you in the email with the RMA.
  5. Refunds and Store Credit: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your return within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  6. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
  • Returns for a Product Defect or an Error on Our Part:  If you need to return a product due to a product defect or an error, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@partyfeveronline.com within seven days of receiving the item. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • Returns for Other Reasons: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than quality problems (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size or color), you may do so within seven days of purchase. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in these cases.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may only be eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
